Margaret "Peggy" Frazee-Guynn, 1947–2012
Margaret "Peggy" Irene (Moore) Frazee-Guynn was born Jan. 12, 1947, in San Antonio, Texas, to William and Dorothy (Gleason) Moore. She lived in Waterloo, Iowa, later in her adult life but grew up in Minnesota with her brothers and sisters, where she developed her cooking skills. She was an avid cook for not only her family but for a number of organizations through the years. Peggy also loved to read novels, especially by Stephen King. She was married to Richard Frazee for 27 years and later was the common-law wife of Richard Hocken. One of her favorite companions in the last few years was her dog, Trixi.
Survivors include her children, Ricki (Dave) Olson, Dale Frazee, Kim (Jeff) Wedeking and Val (Randy) Frazee; seven grandchildren, Sarah, Richard, Shawna, JoAnna, Beth, Cassidy and Tim; brothers, Thomas, Cliffton, William and James; sisters, Anne Blair, Beverly Marty and Ruth Hallin; six great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and her best friend, Katie Wygle. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Richard Frazee and Richard Hocken; grandmother, Margaret Gleason; and three brothers.
