Alicia Faye Adkins, age 42, of Mullens, WV passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021.

Born on October 26, 1978 in Beckley, she was the daughter of George Adkins and Dorothy McKinney Adkins of Pierpoint, WV.

Alicia was a former employee of Stewart Enterprises in Beckley, and had attended Pierpoint Freewill Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Mullens High School Class of 1996. Alicia enjoyed fishing and going to flea markets.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Rev. Dallas Adkins, and Dave and Maxine McKinney; a half-brother John Vernon Adkins.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her parents, George and Dorothy Adkins; her children, Christian Douglas Adkins, Ethan William Cox and Olivia Grace Cox, all of Mullens; her fiancé Brandon Rotenberry of Mullens; Sister Amie England and husband Nathan of Mullens; half sister Lora Smith and husband Howard of Mebane, NC; her paternal grandmother, Merenda Lea Adkins of Dublin, Va. three nephews, Luke and Ryan Vandall of NC, and Nathan England of Clarksburg; one niece Allison England of Mullens. Alicia is also survived by a host of other family members and friends. Alicia also leaves behind her special "fur babies" Kozmo, Molly, Cooper, Bailey, Sugar, and Oreo that she dearly loved.

Graveside rites and burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Park in Beckley on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at noon with Rev. Charles "Butch" Acord
officiating. There will be no visitation.
