Services for Clarence A. Fox, 89, retired chairman of the Central Passenger association, an organization representing railroads in the central United States, will be held at 3:30 p. m. Monday in the chapel at 1567 Maple av., Evanston. He died Friday night in his home at 494 Ash st., Winnetka. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Judith M. Smyth; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and one sister.
