MARLBOROUGH Larrie G. Bernier, 56, of Marlborough died Thursday, July 30, 2009, after being stricken at his home. Born in Marlborough he was the son of Eleanor (Nicholos) Bernier of Marlborough and the late Gilbert U. Bernier. A graduate of Marlborough High School, Class of 1972, he was employed as the manager of Guitar Center, Natick MA. Besides his mother, he is survived by his brothers, James, of N Dakota, Wayne and his wife Janice, of Shrewsbury, Matthew and his wife Kathy, of Marlborough, Mark and his wife Chris, of Hudson, Gilbert and his wife Michelle of Germany, NY, his sisters, Roseann Young, of Athol , Theresa Beaulieu, and her husband Robert of Rindge, NH, Janet Letendre, of Dudley, and Denise Brodeur and her husband Paul of Marlborough, and many nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wed. Aug. 5 at 9:00 am in the Immaculate Conception Church, Prospect St., Marlborough. Visiting hrs. will be held on Tue Aug. 4 from 4-8 pm in the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc., 40 Pleasant S., Marlborough. Burial will be private.
