ARLINGTON, Ky, Aug. 30 -- Funeral services for Ray Adair, 22, who was killed in an oil well accident at Fort Morgan, Colo, were held at 2:30 p. m. Thursday at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carter Adair, Arlington Rt. 2, with the Rev. Reeves Locke officiating.

Burial was in Arlington Cemetery.

Besides his parents, he is survived by five sisters, Mrs. Bernard Dowd of Paducah, Mrs. Tommy Vantline of Benton Harbor, Mich, Mrs. Oscar Sullivan of Fort Morgan, Colo, and Misses Dolores and Vlcki Lynn Adair, both of Arlington; three brothers, Brltt Adair of the U. S. Armed Forces in Germany, Adrain Adair of Indianapolis, Ind, and Drew Adair of Arlington and a grandmother, Mrs. Sally Brown of Arlington Rt. 2.
