Mrs. Headley, one of the well known women of southeastern Greene County, was born July 3, 1859, in Perry Township, a daughter of John and Mary A. Calvert Connor. She was a faithful and lifelong member of the Valley Chapel Methodist Episcopal Church. She married G. F. Headley, whose death occurred 14 years ago. She is survived by the following sons and daughters: Byron Headley, Spraggs; Fred Headley, Kirby; Mrs. Gertrude Riffle, Waynesburg, R. D.; Stanley Headley, Waynesburg, R. D.; Albert Headley, Washington, R. D.; Mrs. Pauline Phillips, Spraggs, R. D., and Mrs. Bernice Wright, Waynesburg.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in charge of the Rev. W. Rufus Hofelt, of Waynesburg. Interment will be in the Valley Chapel Cemetery.
