Ruby Geraldine (Hale) Turner, 81, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Annie Penn Hospital in Reidsville, NC.
Mrs. Turner was born on November 29, 1939, to the late James Frank Hale and Mary Elizabeth (Cook) Hale.
Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Danny Turner; three brothers, Jim Hale, Wayne Hale, and Sammy Hale; daughter-in-law, Shannon McKinney Turner.
Ruby is survived by her husband, Samuel (Sam) Kenneth Turner of the home; three daughters, Teresa Reynolds (Jimmy) of Eden, Debbie Wright of Raleigh, Donna Proctor (Dennis) of Eden; four sons, Kenny Turner of Reidsville, James Michael Turner of Eden, Mark Turner (Angela) of Stoneville, John Turner (Melissa) of Raleigh; 19 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Betty Wray.
A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at the Fair Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Monday at the Funeral Home.
