BOSSIER CITY, LA - A memorial service for Betty Haston, 82, will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. David Dyke. Mrs. Haston passed away on November 30, 2007 in Bossier City.
Mrs. Haston was born in Webb City, OK and was a resident of Bossier City, LA. She had worked as a hospice nurse, was a volunteer at Bossier Medical Center and was of the Catholic faith.
Her son, William "Boo" Haston preceded her in death.
Mrs. Haston is survived by daughters, Trudy Godwin and husband William of Arlington, TX, Sherry Lanigan and companion Bob Samuel of Ft. Worth, TX; sister, Faydrah Gosnell of Tulsa, OK; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
