He is survived by a son, Eric Garrard of Reform, AL; a sister, Joanne Permenter; a brother, Willard Garrard; five grandchildren; and a special cousin, Dean Wilkerson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edna and Coy Garrard; a son, Jason Garrard; two sisters, Diane Beasley and Brenda Hailey; and a brother, Eugene Garrard.
