Toynett was born December 15, 1989. She was the daughter of Brenda Lee Harris Culler (Bren) and two devoted motherly figures: her grandmother, Carolyn Lanes, and her aunt, Lizzie Ann Gordon (Tee). She was also the granddaughter of her devoted grandfather, William K. Lane, who preceded her in death; and she was also the daughter of fathers: William K. Lane and Bobby Lee Culler.

Toynett was a loving mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. She was a people person, always very sweet and bubbly. She had love for everyone that was in her presence, especially family and friends. She attended Lucy Laney High School in Augusta, Georgia, where she graduated. She later attended Law school where she was soon to graduate, but God had better plans. Toynett had a pure heart of gold that touched many lives. She was an inspiration to all that knew her. Toynett was a devoted mother to Maurice Troy Ervin III (M3), who was her pride and joy. The legacy of her kindhearted spirit and passion for life will forever live on through him.

She leaves to cherish and mourn her memories: her son, Maurice Troy Ervin III; a special friend, Willie Walker; sisters: Latoya Culler and Matoya Culler; brothers: Bobby Lee Culler Jr, Tarell Lane, and Kenneth Land; father William K. Land, and stepfather Bobby Lee Culler (Brenda); maternal grandparents: Queen Harris and Frank Harris, who preceded her in death; aunts: Sabrina Harris, Ester Harris, Debroah Harris, and Lizzie Gordon, who preceded her in death; uncles: Willie Land (Kimberly), Reginald Lane (Shanequa), Levern Land (Chanelle), Ray Harris, Norman Harris, Mark Harris, and Frank Harris Jr; nieces: Takiya Cummings and Taniyah Culler; nephews: Isaiah, Xzavier, and Kisham Cordero, Earl, Elijah, and Emmanuel Cummins; and a host of family members, friends, followed by extended family that truly loved her.

The family of Toynett L. Culler wishes to express sincere appreciation to all who have shown love and concern during this most difficult hours of bereavment. Your deeds of kindness have certainly not gone unnoticed. We thank you from the bottom of our hears. May God bless and keep each of you.
