Farnham, Reuben. Private, Capt. Abijah Rowlee's co.; company return endorsed “July 6, 1775. He fought at the Battle of Long Island. He was in Capt Thomas Grosvernor's Co, Col John Durkee's 26th CT Regt.

In 1818 he was in Marcellus NY and in advanced circumstances in life. He was in need of the assistance of his country for support. After deducting debts and property due him from what he owed, would leave $74.48, worse than nothing in debt. His wife was very infirm and unable to labor.
