Albert was born in Torrington on Sept. 7, 1921, a son of the late Meda (Geminiani) and Pelligrino Graziani, and served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He worked as a mason for various employers, retiring from the Torrington street department.
He enjoyed fishing and gardening.
He is survived by a son, Gary Graziani and wife, Mary, of Torrington; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Ralph, and sister, Rose Valla.
Services are at the convenience of the family.
