June 13, 1944 – July 8, 2007

James H. "Jim" Horn, 63, of College Station lost his battle with cancer Sunday morning at College Station Medical Center. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Chapel of College Station. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Kevin Randolph of Hillcrest Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at College Station Cemetery.

Jim was born and raised in Bryan. For many years, Jim sold cars for Allen Oldsmobile, Cadillac and Honda. Jim married Jane Bostick October 6, 1989. He began his computer business, Computer Mart, in Bryan in 1990. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was known and loved by many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Horn and Adele Jakubicek Horn.

Survivors include his loving wife, Jane Bostick Horn of College Station; brother, Richard Horn of College Station; sisters, Janice Horn Riley and husband, Ron, of Lyons and Deborah Horn of College Station; sister-in-law, Di Ann Tarhalla and husband, Jim, of Merced, Calif.; brother-in-law, Dwayne Bumgardner and wife, Joyce, of Merced, Calif.

Pallbearers will be Bubba Whitley, Larry Williams, Al Zweifel, Frank Cash, Tom Herrmann and Dwayne Bumgardner.
