Lois M. Cadwalader, 94, of Dallas, passed away Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021, at Mountain City Nursing, Hazleton.

She was born in Wilkes-Barre on Oct. 5, 1926 and was the daughter of the late Benard E. and Loretta C. Heck Gray.

Lois was a native of Harveys Lake. She was very active with Our Lady of Victory Church, Harveys Lake, where she loved singing in the church choir. She also enjoyed knitting, playing piano and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Thomas J. Cadwalader Sr.; son, David Cadwalader; brothers, Joe and Buddy Gray; sisters, Dorothy Sites and Connie Gray; and granddaughter, Carrie Martin.

She is survived by sons, Thomas J. Jr., Timothy, Terry and Chris Cadwalader; daughter, Patricia Kukol; sisters, Jean Gray and Nancy Simone; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home Inc., corner of Routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with the Rev. Dr. Martha Jordan, officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. before the service. Interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas.
