Phoebe E. Berner, 92, of Homeland Center in Harrisburg, died on October 1, 2021. She formerly lived in Camp Hill and Lower Allen Township. Prior to retirement, her employment as a secretary included the former Johnson Whiteprint, Inc., Camp Hill; American Heart Association, Pennsylvania Affiliate; and Camp Hill School District, Lincoln School. She was the widow of Clarence T. (Ben) Berner and was predeceased by parents Evelyn Specht Eisenbrown and Robert W. Eisenbrown, of Glen Rock, New Jersey, as well as brother Richard S. Eisenbrown of Hudson, Ohio. Surviving are daughter Marcia L. Berner (Charles C. Dallas, Jr.) of Sacramento, CA; daughter Louise A. Berner (Phillip S. Tong) of San Luis Obispo, CA; and grandchildren Andrew and Emily Tong. In accordance with Phoebe's wishes, cremation has been arranged by the Cremation and Burial Society of Pennsyvania, Inc. and there will be no service. A private burial in the Camp Hill Cemetery will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to VIsion Resources of Central Pennsylvania (1130 S. 19th St., Harrisburg) or Homeland Center (1901 N. 5th St., Harrisburg). www.pennlive.com/obits
