CLEVELAND — Joan (Covert) Hendricks, 51, passed away at Cleveland Clinic on Aug. 20, 2017.
She was born May 1, 1966 in Salem, Ohio to Howard and Janet (Hart) Covert
Joan loved making jewelry, cooking, animals, spending time with her nieces and nephews and was an avid reader.
She is survived by her father Howard Covert of Lisbon; her husband, step-sister, 2 brothers and an step-brother.
She is also survived by nieces and nephews and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Janet Covert, and step-mother, Joyce (Kibler) Covert.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017 at St. Ann's Catholic Church with Father Dwyer officiating. Friends may pay their respects from 10 to 11 a.m. before the service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
