He was born in Milwaukee on 8/23/26. He served in WWll and made his career in engineering. Don met Virginia in a widow and widowers group. They married in 1984 and he became stepfather to her 12 children.
He was a good and kind husband, stepfather and step-grandfather and brought much joy to the family. He was witty, funny and fun to be around and always had great stories to tell. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, his stepchildren, step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren and a niece.
A memorial service will be held February 5th, 2021, at Faith Bible Church 4175 S 112th St. Greenfield, WI. Visitation is at 5:30pm and the service will follow at 6:30pm. Per Don's wishes, his remains were donated to the Medical College of WI.
