Martha Caroline "Callie" Schuster was born Sept. 15, 1878 in Helena, Karnes County, Texas to Ferdinand Schuster and Sarah Frances Wishert. She married James Rudolph Holliday in Beeville, Bee County, Texas on Sept. 18, 1893. Together, they had one son, Fletcher S. Holliday and two daughters, Lorena May Holliday and Pearl Lillian Holliday. She died Sept. 4, 1957 at the Kerville State Hospital in Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas.
