Dolores "D" Alderson, 90 of Auburn passed away Sat., Oct. 9, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Springfield.

She was born June 10, 1931 in Auburn, the daughter of John and Margaret Margron Dautel, Sr.

Dolores married Robert "Bob" Alderson on July 15, 1950 and he preceded her in death on March 14, 2014.

She started her banking career when she graduated from high school as a cashier with State Bank of Auburn. Her long banking career ended as Vice President at Farmers & Merchants Bank in Virden. She enjoyed traveling with Bob and their many friends. She also looked forward to the coffee times with friends.

Surviving are her twin sister, Doris Haines; one brother, John (Billee) Dautel; several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield.
