Fred Elms Culvern, III, 74, of Lilburn, GA passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 9, 2021, in Lexington, SC.

Mr. Culvern was born in Columbia, SC. He was the son of the late Fred Elms Culvern, Jr. and Doris Myrtle Duffie. He attended AC Flora High School and graduated from Clemson University in 1969 with a degree in electrical engineering. He served in the SC National Guard for six years. He worked for AT&T and several of its subsidiaries for 35 years before retiring. He later worked part-time for AutoZone.

Albers (Rick) of Johns Island, SC, and sister-in-law, Kathy J. Culvern of Wagner, SC; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Christopher S. Culvern.
