Gladys M. Brewster of Eufaula died Monday at the age of 96.
Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Pryor Cemetery, Stuart, under the direction of Merritt Funeral Service of Eufaula. Charlie Bailey and Fred Choate will officiate. She was born Nov. 7, 1902, at Newton, Ark., the daughter of Rhoda Head. She married Raymond Leonard Brewster at Stuart in 1919 and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Preceding her in death were her husband; one son, Leonard Brewster, and her mother. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Virginia Brewster, Eufaula; stepsister, Cecil Choate, Edmond; grandchildren, Kenneth Brewster Jr., Edmond, Leonard and Della Brewster, Manderville, La., and Henry and Marsha Brewster, Batesville, Ark.; four great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
