Ellen Nadine (Adams) Veach passed away on December 5, 2017 at the age of 74. She is preceded in death by her husband Clarence H. Veach, her parents Richard H. and Nadine (Adams) and a grandson James Veach.
Ellen married Clarence H. Veach on October 5, 1962. To this union was born a daughter Katherine D. (Veach) Buck and her two children of Canfield Ohio, a son Randy W. Veach and his three children of Pleasant Hope, Missouri.
She is also survived by a son Steven and Nancy Lorenzen and her son, of Richardson, Texas, Jim and Paulette Veach and their eight children of Pleasant Hope, Missouri, and Norma (Veach) and Larry Julian and her three children of Crane, Missouri. She had many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her sisters, Karen (Adams) Swope of Warrensburg, Missouri, Barbara Bettes of Bolivar, Missouri "Buda, Texas", Gail (Adams) Buzzard, of Warrensburg, Missouri, a brother David R. and Cathy Adams of Jefferson City, Missouri, along with many nieces and nephews.
Ellen was the family historian. She was very active in genealogy and Ancestry.com.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Butler Funeral Home. Visitation will be held an hour before.
