Jo-Anne thrived within her large and lively extended family. Her passion and inspiration for the fine arts and great foods, started at a young age while watching her grandmothers. Jo-Anne graduated from high school in Ladner, BC, where she met and married her life-long love, Darwin Cole in 1973. With encouragement from her family and friends she went on to obtain a degree in Fine Arts from the University of British Columbia. She will always be remembered as a very talented and skilled artist. Jo-Anne was a terrific listener and conversationalist with a quick and witty sense of humour. She was a beautiful woman inside and out, her family and friends will always be thankful for the gift that was her life.
