Mrs. ELIZA JANE (JAMES) BOTEFUHR was the daughter of Clements James and Mrs. Mary (Richardson) James.

She was the wife of Wolf Detleff Carl Botefuhr whom she married on November 16, 1854 in Macoupin County, Illinois.

To their union, seven children were born. Their known children were ---

Upon her passing, she was laid to rest on/about December 26, 1922 in Pittsburg, Kansas.
