Anne Caroline Salisbury was christened 15 Dec 1805 in Fordington, co. Dorset, the daughter of Thomas Salisbury and his wife, Frances Webb. She was married at Salisbury Cathedral on 29 Aug 1829 to Edwyn Burnaby, of Baggrave Hall, Leicestershire, with whom she had issue. Anne Caroline Salisbury has the distinction of being the matrilineal great-great-grandmother of Queen Elizabeth II.
