Carol Lynn Meurer, age 74, of O Fallon, Missouri passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 26, 1947 to Robert and Jeanne Carpenter (nee Carpenter). Carol married John Meurer on January 12, 1968 and worked as a secretary for the City of Florissant. She graduated from Ritenour High School in 1965 and attended college at SEMO. She loved playing softball, bowling and swimming but most of all she loved walking and playing with her dogs. Her favorite hobby was spending time with her grandchildren and helping them in any way she could, homework, a ride to some dance or sporting event, reading, and of course delicious breakfasts of whatever they wanted (usually chocolate chip pancakes and bacon.)

Carol is survived by her Husband, John L Meurer, Son, Jerry L (Alexandra) Meurer, Son, Eric T (Sarah) Meurer, Granddaughter, Emily (Nick) McEnery, Grandson, Zachary (Lexi) Meurer, Granddaughter, Olivia Meurer, Grandson, Evan Meurer, Grandson, Andrew Meurer, Brother, Donn Carpenter, Brother-In-Law, Raymond C (Carrie) Meurer, Brother-In-Law, Thomas E Meurer and she will be dearly missed by a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Robert M Carpenter; and Mother, Jeanne L Carpenter.
