Mrs. Carol W. Abbott, 78, of Richmond, passed away on February 23, 2005. She was the widow of Lewis Darrell Abbott and is survived by her devoted friends, Sue and Luther Reynolds, Helen Mika and June Williams; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Maury Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church.
