Major League Baseball Second Baseman and Television Broadcaster. He was drafted out of Roger Williams University by the California Angels in 1971, and he began to work his way through their minor league system. The Angels promoted him to the Major League Team in 1975 out of Spring Training. After three years in Anaheim, Remy was traded to the Boston Red Sox, where he would play for another seven years, becoming an All-Star in his first year in Boston.

After retiring as a player, Remy became the color commentator for NESN in 1988, covering the Boston Red Sox.
