He attended Central High School in Duluth, MN and worked as a truck driver for Halvor Lines for many years.
Dennis was united in marriage to Lorie Amundson, December 9, 1967, and they were soon to celebrate fifty-four years of marriage.
Dennis was active at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Superior and was a former member of the Moose Lodge 606. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping, and he was a Cub Scout leader for many years.
Dennis was a very good bowler and was mechanically inclined. He often worked on his own trucks and autos. Above all, Dennis was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle and will be dearly missed!
He is survived by his beloved wife, Lorie Frink; children, Amy (Joe) Sharp, Washburn, WI, Kim Frink, and Adam Frink, both of Superior, WI; grandchildren, Scott, Alysha, Kelsey, and Ryan; great-grandchildren, Jayden, Madelyn, and Oliver; brother, Keith (Pat) Frink, Hermantown, MN; Uncle, Gordon (Judy) Frink, Duluth, MN; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter-in-law, Lacey Frink; and his mother and father-in law, Sis and Arnie Amundson.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 6, 2021, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 2316 E. 4th Street, Superior, and will continue until the 11:00 AM Memorial Mass of Christian Burial with Rev. Fr. James Tobolski as celebrant.
Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery.
