Adelaide Smith Hampton, age 91 of Pemberton, passed away July 20, 2007 at Virtua Memorial Hospital, Mount Holly. She was a native of Philadelphia and resident of Pemberton since 1945. She was a retired Dental Assistant for U.S. Civil Service, Fort Dix. Adelaide was an active member of Grace Episcopal Church, Pemberton and the Church Groups. She also was a member of the Jack & Jill Club of Philadelphia.
She was predeceased by her husband, Louis and son, Terrol. Beloved mother of Nannette Neal and husband Terrance of Miami, FL and mother-in-law of Sadie M. Hampton of Medford and sister of Mildred Otway of Villanova, PA. Also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one great great grandson.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to Adelaide's Memorial Service, 11:00 AM, Saturday at Grace Episcopal Church, 43 Elizabeth St., Pemberton. Interment of her cremains will be in the Church's Memorial Garden.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Grace Episcopal Church, 43 Elizabeth St., Pemberton, NJ 08068.
