Harden's FaG memorial was (2021) incorrect his mother was Mary "Mollie" B. COX dau. of Charles Cox II and Eleanor Watts making Harden Nance and Nancy Cox cousins as stated in her Will.

The Commonwealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Henry County, Greeting: We command you to summon Harden Nance Executor of Nancy Cox decd to appear at rules to be held in the Clerk's office of our Circuit Court for the County of Henry, at the Court House, on the first Monday in September next, to answer a Bill filed against him In said Court by Bennett Cox and have then there this writ/ Witness William J Soleman Clerk of said Circuit Court, at the Court-house, this 23rd day of August 1834 and in the 79th year of the Commonwealth

Per website Some Descendants of Charles Cox I
"Nancy Cox did not marry, but left a will naming her brothers and sisters-in-law. Will Book 5, page 253/4, Courthouse, Henry Co., VA. She was born in Henry Co., VA."

I (SNR) found the Will and the above statement on website is inaccurate
it states:
"I give to my beloved 2 brothers William Cox and Bennett Cox and to their heirs..."
"I give to my beloved sister Patsy Cox my..."
There are no 'in-laws" mentioned in the Will.
