She was born Jan. 26, 1971, in Clarkton, Mo., daughter of the late Clayburn and Wanda (Johnson) Starkey.
She was united in marriage to Michael Roy Huggins May 21, 1999. He survives and resides in Silva.
Mrs. Huggins was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking and watching television.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Michael Starkey, of the home; four brothers, Ronnie (Jennifer) Starkey, Otto Starkey, all of Greenville, Doyle(Melinda) Starkey, Poplar Bluff, Roy Nunnery, Clubb; two sisters, Teresa Kellum, Maynard, Ark., Eunnona Starkey, Vandalia; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Roy and Peggy Huggins, Coldwater.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Tarah Michelle Huggins on May 20, 2004.
The funeral was held Nov. 26 at Ruegg Funeral Home, Greenville, with Rev. Jerry Gibson officiating.
Pallbearers were ZetaKornblett, Ronnie, Otto and Michael Starkey, Raggie Skaggs and Linda Siler. Burial was in Lewis Cemetery, Lodi.
