Mr. Lee A. Lasyone of Route 1, Atlanta, La., died November 20th at 6:45 a.m. at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Willie (Eathel) Lasyone of Montgomery, La., after a lengthy illness.

He was a retired farmer and a native of Grant Parish. At the time of his death Mr. Lasyone was 82 years old.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Zula Lasyone, Route 1, Atlanta; four sons, J. D. Lasyone and Elwood Lasyone, of Route 1, Atlanta, Arlon Lasyone of Ball, and Earl Lasyone of Pineville; four daughters, Mrs. Willie (Eathel) Lowe of Montgomery, La., Mrs. Jurpy J. (Bennie Mae) Foster of Winnfield, Mrs. James I. (Ora Lee) McKay of Alexandria, and Mrs. Kenneth (Mary Dell) Simmons of Deville, La.; two brothers, Mr. Ernest Lasyone of Route 1, Atlanta, La., and Mr. Ed Lasyone of Route 1, Dry Prong, La.; 20 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 November 21, 1972, at Iatt Baptist Church under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield. Burial was in the church cemetery. The Rev. M. D. Moses and Rev. Gerald Paige conducted the services.
