Rites for Miss Simpson.
Funeral services for Miss Sarah E. R. Simpson, who died Monday morning at the home of her niece, Mrs. Hunter Grimes, at Newport News, Va., were held in the Methodist Episcopal Church South, Alexandria, at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon, the Rev. Harry M. Canter, pastor of the church, officiating. The pallbearers were Henry K. Field, S. Frank Field, William C. Field, Lawrence Hufty, French C. Simpson, and Kenneth W. Ogden, all nephews of the deceased.
