Marguerite Amelia Grudzinski, the daughter of Fredrick and Stella (Ferrell) Cotton, was born at Seward, Nebraska, on December 11, 1915, and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska, on March 21, 1991, at the age of 75 years, 3 months, and 10 days.

Her early years were spent in Seward and Lowell, and Marquette, where she graduated from Marquette High School.

On October 26, 1935, she was united in marriage to Henry Grudzinski, at Marquette. They lived in Marquette for a short time, and then moved to Aurora, where she has since resided. Henry preceded her in death on November 18, 1952.

Marguerite was a member of the Aurora United Methodist Church, and she loved the outdoors and flowers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Richard, and several brothers and sisters.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her 2 sons, Max and Robert, both of Aurora; 2 daughters, Margaret Joann Leaf of Kearney, and Karen Heckman of Lincoln; and 6 grandchildren.
