Funeral services for Rose C. (nee Bloese) Goebbert, 99, a longtime resident of Arlington Heights, were held April 2 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Des Plaines. Born April 4, 1905, in Maine Township, she died March 27 at the Lutheran Home, Arlington Heights. Mrs. Goebbert was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Goebbert is survived by her sons, Theodore H. Jr. (Dorothy), Henry A. (Corinne), Harold C. (Jill) and David A. (Kim); her daughters, June L. (the late Robert) Gallagher, Marjorie R. (the late John) Davidson and Geraldine F. (the late Robert) Soenksen; her daughter-in-law, Ruth; her brothers, Leonard (Marge) Bloese and John (Lois) Bloese; and her sisters-in-law, Josephine Bloese and Elfrieda Goebbert. She also is survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore H.; a son, Robert L.; her brothers, Emil (the late Mildred) Bloese, Gustave Bloese and Fred Bloese; and her sisters, Mathilda (the late Clarence) Seegers, Josephine (the late Willard) Friberg, Lorraine (the late Walter) Reimer, Lucille (the late Delmont) Seyller and Dorothy Bloese.
Interment was in Randhill Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or the Lutheran Home and Services. Arrangements were made with the G.L. Hills Funeral Home, Des Plaines.
