Gayll was brought up in a baker's family. She loved bread and other sweets. A witty, sharp and warm person, Gayll enjoyed her time with family and friends. Whether she was stepping out in public or at home, she enjoyed looking smart in the latest fashion items. During the term of her first marriage from 1960 to 1969 she gave birth to her daughter Debbie. After she married Wally, her daughter Heidi and son Ty were born. Her managerial talents allowed her to handle bank funds and to keep her bars and liquor stores in good working order in Helena and later Deer Lodge, MT. The arrival of children and grandchildren during the holidays was a great treat for Gayll. Her time spent decorating the tree, watching sports and opening holiday gifts with her grandchildren brought hours of delight. After Wally passed on, she continued to help her daughter and son-in-law, Scott, keep order in the Silver Star, MT house and yard. Tim Hansen, her son-in-law, conducted a riverside memorial service on Nov. 16. at the Jefferson River where her loving family & friends gathered to say farewell.
