Eleanor Clark Cox, 86, of Crystal Lake, went to be with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, May 7th.Eleanor was a long time member of St Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church where she volunteered at the Little Christopher Resale Shoppe for many years.Eleanor graduated from Crystal Lake High School in 1946 and married John Cox in 1950. She is survived by four children, Kelly, Casey (Robin), Erin and Catherine (Desmond) ,14 grandchildren and her dear sister-in Christ, Barbara.For the past few years, Eleanor resided at St Patrick's Residence in Naperville served by the Carmelite Sisters, where she received loving, Christ-filled care. A memorial mass celebrating Eleanor's life will be held on Wednesday June 17th at 11:00 AM at St Thomas the Apostle Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake.
