Our loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend passed away on December 11, 2007 in Provo, Utah. He was born August 6, 1933 in Palmyra, Utah to Parley Heber and Hulda Kristine Anderson Johnson. He loved his family and his heritage and enjoyed his childhood years. He graduated from Spanish Fork High School and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and National Guard.

He married his eternal sweetheart, Hazel Shepherd, on September 15, 1952 in the Salt Lake Temple. They were blessed with three children who made his life complete. He loved to serve his family and devoted his life to making them happy. He retired after working 22 years as a warehouseman at the Utah State Hospital. A talented wood-worker, he enjoyed making things, especially birdhouses and selling them at craft shows. He has always been very service oriented and was constantly helping others. He was a friend to all and will be greatly missed.
A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Robert served as a High Priest Group Leader, Ward Missionary Leader, and recently served as a greeter with his wife.
