He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Dr. Billy March. He was a member of Holy Neck Christian Church where he attended the Men's Fellowship and taught the Men's Class. He was a charter member of the Box Elder Hunt Club, member of McAlister Lodge #185, and a member of the Holy Neck Ruritan Club.
Mills is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sharon Hutton March; sons, Frank Arnold March (Sarah), Mills Hunter March (Jennifer) and David Hutton March (Jeanette); grandchildren, Jessica, Will, Matt, Millie, Tucker and Tanner March; sister, Paige M. Thomas (Randolph); brother, Norman K. March; and several nieces and nephews.
