Shell Wayne Tidwell, age 36 of Talihina, passed away November 11, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at St. Francis Hospital. Shell was born on March 01, 1985 to Candace Kay (Maxey) and Mitchell Wayne Tidwell in Ada Oklahoma.
Shell enjoyed watching football and basketball with his Nanny, Pap and his Dad. He recently had been helping his grandparents with their daily care. He loved spending time with his son, Ackshun. He enjoyed hunting. Shell loved his family very much. Shell was always the first one in the room with a quick funny response to any situation. He was just one of those people that when he walked into a room he seem to light it up. He will be missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by Tammy and one son, Ackshun Tidwell; father, Mitchell Tidwell; one sister, Stefanie Tidwell; one brother, Blake Blagg-Tidwell; grandparents, Wayne and Edna Tidwell; one special aunt, Rhonda Tidwell; grandmother, Wanda Maxey; many cousins, aunts, and uncle's; two step daughters Messina Barron Woolridge and Makala Barron Wells.
Shell was preceded in death by his mother, Candace Tidwell; grandfather, Darrell Maxey; and his uncle, Bernie Maxey.
There is no need for tears, I am at peace, my soul is at rest, there is no pain, I suffer not, for with your love I was so blessed.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021 from 4:00PM to 6:00PM at McCarn Funeral Service in Talihina, Oklahoma.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at the New Talihina Cemetery in Talihina, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to McCarn Funeral Service in Talihina.
