ADAM SPARKS, January 20, 1987
Adam Matthew Sparks, 2 year-old son of David A. and Linda M. Rush Sparks, Leavenworth, died at his home Tuesday after an extended illness.
The funeral was today with burial at the baby mound of Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Adam was born Jan 28, 1985 in St. John Hospital, where he was baptized a Catholic.
Besides his parents of the home, Adam is survived by his grandparents, Lonnie E. Rush, Theresa Rush, and Roy E. and Velma Sparks, all of Leavenworth; and several aunts and uncles.
The family suggests memorial to St. John's pediatrics unit or the Lifeline program.
The Belden-Sexton-Sumpter Funeral Chapel was in charge of the arrangements.
