Patsy was first married to Marion Jefferson Pugh on 28 Sep 1929 in Luling, Caldwell County, Texas, and they had ONE daughter:

Patsy "Patricia" Ann Pugh-McKay (1932 - 2008).

Patsy's second marriage was to Raymond Monterville Carpenter circa 1934, and they had One son:

Ralph Monterville Carpenter (1935 - ).

Patsy became a widow in 1948, and later was married a third time to Julius L Adams, no issue by this marriage.

Patsy passed away on 03 September 1991 in Kina, Haskell County, Oklahoma.
