Mrs. Harvey had been employed at the former Hudson River State Hospital, Town of Poughkeepsie, retiring in 1973.
She was born March 24, 1935 in Binghamton (Broome County), to George and Marie Coughlin Terwilliger. Her husband, David Harvey, predeceased her.
She is survived by a brother, George Terwilliger of Poughkeepsie; and longtime friend, Mary Ann Gregory of Poughkeepsie.
Services will be conducted at the Eden Park Nursing Home Chapel at a later date. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Ontario County.
Arrangements are under the direction of the William G. Miller & Son Funeral Home, Inc., 59 Montgomery St., City of Poughkeepsie.
