Carrie E. Albee, 97, of Fulton, died December 11, 2007 at Sunrise Nursing Home in Oswego. A native of North Rose, she had resided most of her life in the Fulton area. Carrie retired from General Electric Company in Liverpool as a supervisor in 1972 after 12 years. She was a member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, Fulton. Carrie was predeceased by her husband, Clarence F. Albee, who died in 1974; a daughter, Donna Loomis, who died in 1986 and a granddaughter, Louise Osborne, who died in 1969. Surviving: three daughters, Janet L. Osborne and Sharon E. (Daryl) Hayden, both of Fulton, Beverly (Earl) Sixberry, of Fulton; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton. Burial will be at Rose Cemetery. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Contributions may be made to Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, 2819 County Route 45, Fulton, 13069.

Mrs. Carrie Albee's grandson:
Monroe Osborne and Laurie Scerbo are graduates of G. Ray Bodley High School,
Class of 1978.
Mrs. Albee often talked about her grandson and how wonderful a couple Monroe and Laurie make together. She had no doubts all along and they got married.

Saturday November 22nd Laurie Ann Scerbo, daughter of Edward and Barbara Scerbo was united in marriage to Monroe Allen Osborne, son of Bruce and Janet Osborne
After the marriage ceremony in the Immaculate Conception Church there was a reception at the Knights of Columbus. The couple had a honeymoon to New England.
