Mrs. Kathleen M. Davitz, 60, a resident of East St. Louis for 31 years, died at 6 p.m. Monday in an Alton hospital, where she had been confined for two months.She lived at 427 N. 27th St.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Kurrus Chapel. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Davitz was a native of Frankford, Mo. She had been ill for a total of six months and spent two months in St. Mary's Hospital before entering the Alton Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, Albert F. Davitz, an employe of the Aluminum Co. of America; two sisters, Mrs. Byant (Evalena) Priest and Mrs. Leonard (Lorena) Howell, both of Hannibal, Mo.; a brother Edward Elwood, Chicago.
