"John Brasher "

John Brasher, 68, a native of Handsboro and resident of the Coast most of his life, died at 9:45 p.m. at the Biloxi Veteran's Administration Hospital where he had been a patient one year. He was the son of the late Mr. And Mrs. Isom Brasher. A former mail carrier, bookkeeper and carpenter, Brasher resided at 327 Moran St. , North Biloxi. He was a graduate of Soule Business College, New Orleans, and belonged to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, N. Biloxi. He served in the Army during World War 2. Survivors are one sister, Mrs P. E. Fournier, North Biloxi and a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday from Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, followed by services at Sacred Heart Church, North Biloxi. Burial will be in Moran Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today. "
