The son of David Keet and Ann Rember, it is believed he spent his childhood years living in Canada. He was a carpenter, who resided in his young adult years for a time in Massachusetts, where he married Nellie Green. They settled in Colorado, where he lived and raised his family.

Gravesite Details

According to the burial register, Manley Keet, age 58 (or Manly J. Keets, as transcribed) was buried at Block 25, lot 16 at Riverside Cemetery, but in 1910 was moved to Block 28, lot 53 to be buried alongside his wife, Nellie and son Herbert.
