Mark Leo (Riback) Davis was the youngest son of Roy Manfred Riback and Toini Marie Haapaniemi and brother to Neal Roy (Riback) Davis. Mark was born in Portland, Oregon. His mother married Roy in 1949, divorced in 1956, and married Charles Davis (1956) and move to Anchorage, Alaska where he was join by two younger brother half siblings Charles Jr. and Robert.
