Norma Jean Grimshaw Christiansen 1930 ~ 2006 On October 1, 2006, Norma left this earth to join her sweetheart. She was born on August 31, 1930 to Clarence and Edythe Osborn Grimshaw. On June 8, 1949 she married Raymond Kruse Christiansen. They were married for 55 years. Norma is survived by her children Shana and Brian (Susan) Christiansen; grandchildren Brooke (Brent) Cole, Bae (Paul) Wagner, Kristy Ann (Brad) Cronkrite and Cody Isamu (Lydia) Christiansen; great-grandchildren Haley Ann Heath, Kade B. Christiansen, Dustin Michael and Hayden Kruse Wagner; brothers, Douglas (Colleen) Farnow and C. Russell (Joanie) Grimshaw and one sister, Anna Mae Hickman, many nieces and nephews. Norma has donated her body to the University of Utah, School of Medicine, Department of Neurobiology and Anatomy. She did not wish to have any services. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the University of Utah, School of Medicine or the charity of your choice in her name. The family wishes to acknowledge the help of the University of Utah Palliative Care Services and Rocky Mountain Hospice.
